This policy explains how Nipu handles the personal data of people who use the platform and of people who talk to connected accounts.

Data we collect
We collect your name, email and password (stored encrypted) when you sign up. When you connect Instagram, we receive the professional account's ID, username, name and picture, plus the access token you grant. To power the dashboard, we store the direct messages received and sent by the connected account and the public profile data of the people sending them.
How we use data
We use data only to authenticate you, generate and send automatic replies according to your prompt and show the conversation history in your dashboard. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Service providers
Message content is sent to OpenAI only to generate the reply, without being stored for training. Our infrastructure is hosted by Vercel and Supabase. These providers process data only to deliver the service to Nipu.
Retention and deletion
Data is stored while your account is active. When you disconnect Instagram, we delete the token and the account's conversation history. You can also request full deletion through the data deletion page or by removing Nipu from Instagram's connected tools.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability and deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
