The service
Nipu automatically replies to direct messages received by professional Instagram accounts, following instructions defined by the account owner.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your prompt's content, the information given to your customers and keeping your credentials secret. Using Nipu for spam, scams, illegal content or anything that breaks Meta's policies is forbidden.
Meta platform
The service depends on the official Instagram API. Changes, limits or suspensions imposed by Meta may affect the service without notice.
Automatic replies
Replies are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. Review the dashboard often and switch the bot off when you need human support.
Termination
You may stop using Nipu at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
